Orders

An order is a request to buy. It becomes binding when our team confirms it with you by phone. We may cancel an order that can't be confirmed or fulfilled, and we'll tell you if we do.

Prices

Prices are shown in Iraqi dinar and include everything except delivery, which is shown separately at checkout. The price you see when you place the order is the price you pay.

Availability

Stock is set aside for you when you order. If an item becomes unavailable before confirmation, we'll offer an alternative or cancel that line.
